Daniel J. Sullivan

I met with Daniel in July of 23’ right off the bat he told me minimum i was serving was 2 years upstate. I consulted with a well know criminal defense attorney, and he told me right off the bat given my previous history with the law, considering first offense i would serve no jail time. Sullivan, gav...e me absolutely no confidence in my situation and basically told me based on supervised release conditions i would be going back to jail at sometime in the future… here now September 24’ 4 years probation, no felony, everything he said and provided for “previous clients” resulted in jail time. I only give two stars cause he got me out of 2 mil bond, and released on supervised release… i wouldn’t recommend for criminal defense at all. Maybe other fields he’s good in.
