My experience with this attorney was extremely disappointing. After paying for legal services, I expected clear guidance, communication, and professional representation. Unfortunately, that was not my experience. One of my biggest concerns was that I was not provided with a written retainer agreem...ent outlining the scope of representation and fees. I also believe I was significantly overcharged for the preparation and filing of an I-130 petition, especially considering the level of service I received. Throughout my case, the attorney did not explain the process or communicate the next steps. After the I-130 petition was filed, I did not receive updates or guidance about what to expect. I was not contacted again until we realized that we did not need to wait for a priority date before submitting the green card application. Had this been communicated earlier, unnecessary delays could have been avoided. When I raised my concerns and asked for an explanation, the attorney was extremely rude during our phone conversation. I was told that if I was not paying additional money, there was no need for him to continue working on my case. That response was both unprofessional and discouraging, especially after I had already paid for legal representation. This review reflects my personal experience. Based on the lack of communication, the absence of a written retainer agreement, the fees I was charged, and the way my concerns were handled, I cannot recommend this attorney. I encourage anyone considering hiring this attorney to ask detailed questions about fees, communication, and the scope of representation before making a decision.
