Writes up agreement between buyer and seller. I am the seller. Buyer violates agreement on day one. She does nothing. Believes everything buyer tells her. All false information. Does not know anything about building industry. Builders will not work on a home that I no longer own. New owner would not ...let inspectors in. Agreement is useless because it cost to much money to enforce.

There is absolutely no communication at all, you need to keep following up to get any information, she does the bare minimum at best, extremely lazy, not prepared at all and doe...sn’t answer emails from title companies, relators or even her clients. Save yourself from any headaches and wasting your time by going with another law firm. If I could give zero stars, I would.

Patricia represented me well and achieved a decent settlement for me that worked out very well to pay ...all my needs and afforded me to purchase a new car that replaced my old car due to it was completely demolished.
