I would rate him 10 if there was 10 star,he is so good,lot of patience very clearly passes the message needed,gives us the options we have with the car manufacturer. Luckily I found him on google search and I didn't even read his reviews just contacted him and office was on the case by me just signin...g a paper and office staff is good too with lot of patience,immediate follow up.Mr.Krukas himself calls us to update with the case and there wasn't one incident that he didn't answer my call,if he didn't he would call you back in less than 2 hours. Amazing Amazing Amazing. My case was taken up and resolved no stress atall.

We have a 2020 Volkswagen Tiguan that was brought back to VW several times with an undiagnosed issue. Although the issue was fixed after a years worth of bringing the car back for service, it left us without a car for numerous days without any concern from VW.
