I was unfortunate enough to purchase a new vehicle that was less than capable of operating correctly from a manufacturer that was less than willing to repair it. Eugene Krukas offered advice on how I should procede and, when the time came, he took over dealing with that company, bringing my ordeal ...to a successful conclusion. I was never required to travel as this was all done by phone and email. He and his staff are easy to communicate with and prompt with replies and follow ups. Should I ever need the services of a lawyer again, I will definitely call Eugene Krukas first. I highly recommend this law firm.

I dont know where to begin about Eugene..... I had been referred by a friend of mine to a top lemon law firm but came across Eugene and was so impressed by how straightforward he was and answered all of my questions (and provided advice) BEFORE I EVEN SIGNED ON WITH HIM! And going with him was ome o...f the best decisions of my life. He and his trusty Legal aid Robert were always accessible. Even if Eugene was not in the office, he would literally call me back from the road within minutes. No question is "too dumb" for them and the lack the arrogance commonplace to other law firms. Even his secretary Katie is a pleasure to deal with. I gave Eugene a settlement price I wanted.....once he got them there, he actually pressed them for more while keeping me informed all along. HE ACTUALLY GOT ME 10% MORE THAN O ASKED FOR!! unheard of...... My only criticism of Eugene Krukus, which I have relayed to him numerous times is that his treatment is soo spoiling, it will make it impossible to deal with other attorneys in the future.....he needs to expamd to other fields!!
