I dont know where to begin about Eugene..... I had been referred by a friend of mine to a top lemon law firm but came across Eugene and was so impressed by how straightforward he was and answered all of my questions (and provided advice) BEFORE I EVEN SIGNED ON WITH HIM! And going with him was ome o...f the best decisions of my life. He and his trusty Legal aid Robert were always accessible. Even if Eugene was not in the office, he would literally call me back from the road within minutes. No question is "too dumb" for them and the lack the arrogance commonplace to other law firms. Even his secretary Katie is a pleasure to deal with. I gave Eugene a settlement price I wanted.....once he got them there, he actually pressed them for more while keeping me informed all along. HE ACTUALLY GOT ME 10% MORE THAN O ASKED FOR!! unheard of...... My only criticism of Eugene Krukus, which I have relayed to him numerous times is that his treatment is soo spoiling, it will make it impossible to deal with other attorneys in the future.....he needs to expamd to other fields!! Eugene krukas is THE BEST attorney you will ever have.......
