We were able to have the child brought back and reunited with the mother. after months of litigation it was finally determined that the child was to remain with the mother in NY.
We replaced it!
sellers had to pay for the installation, even though the buyer closed without this installed. when there is a post possession, the warranties that the seller makes will survive closing through the possession date if said date is later than the closing.
