DO NOT HIRE HIM. Hired Moonis as per my bank's recommendation when buying my home. He never met with me in person, everything was by phone and e-mail. He was a NO-SHOW to the closing, sent a notary to give me all the paperwork to sign. NEVER even CONSULTED me about what I'm signing, until AFTER the C...LOSING. Sent me only HALF of my GOOD FAITH DEPOSIT. Kept the other half to himself, claiming it was used to pay the seller for property taxes. He was never AUTHORIZED to use any part of the deposit for anything other than a good faith deposit. After being confronted with a potential fraud charge, he sent me the money out of his own account via VENMO to keep me quiet and get me out of his hairs. After all this, he sent me the CLOSING INVOICE, stating I will still owe the sellers money. AFTER THE CLOSING already happened.
