Biography
As a litigation attorney, I represent individuals and business entities involved in disputes relating to contracts, real property, estates, corporations and civil rights violations, among others. I defend attorneys and other professionals facing professional grievance complaints and disciplinary proceedings. I have been appointed by the Supreme Court to act as a referee in real estate foreclosure proceedings and as a receiver in commercial foreclosure proceedings and shareholder disputes. I am admitted to practice in the State of New York and the United States Eastern District Court.
