Professional attorney
Dan, represented me on a dispute with my employer. He laid out what he thought about the case with me up front and tirelessly worked the case to a satisfactory resolution. I know that criminal work is his specialty, but I would not hesitate to call him again if I need a lawyer on a civil matter.

I could not have been happier with Mr. Driscoll. He was very knowledgable and delivered even better results in the case than I had anticipated. He also showed compassion and integrity, which unfortunately, seems to be the exception in this field.
