Heather was my divorce attorney and I honestly couldn't imagine using anyone else. My divorce was tough; it involved some domestic violence issues that were emotionally taxing, however, Heather and her staff always made me feel like they had it completely under control and their advice was unpara...lleled. I never once questioned her judgement; she always talked me through the "plan," as she called it, and would reassure me if I freaked out. I knew that I wasn't her only client, but whenever I was in her office or on the phone with her she definitely made me feel like my divorce was top priority, and that was super comforting. I know that legal issues take time, and my divorce was no different, but I felt like she was always doing her best to move things along while also advocating for the best possible outcome on my behalf. I feel that at the end of it all, I had the best-case scenario. She's definitely a no BS attorney, always very upfront and honest. If I had an idea that would run me into accruing unnecessary legal fees, she would let me know. I appreciated that because I'm not independently wealthy and it made me trust her more knowing that she wasn't in it to just jack up her cost; she truly wanted what was best for me. I just knew I could trust her with anything, and that's exactly how you want to feel when you're going through a tough divorce. I have recommended her to friends, and I would certainly use her again. (Hopefully I won't have to!)

I retained Heather for my very complicated and messy divorce. My ex had filed false reports, had me removed from my home and began alienating me from my 3 children. She also had psychological problems. Heather and her staff have been very professional and supportive. Heather outlined many scenarios, ...best and worst case, keeping my expectations realistic. When things became very emotional, her staff would take my calls and let me vent while they took notes. Heather’s experience in the courtroom served me well too. Nothing ever goes perfect but she was able to help us stick to our game plan. I couldn’t be happier with how I was treated and how things went.

In the past 11 years on at least 5 occasions I have ran to Heather for help. Every single time she has made me feel comfortable and made me feel like I was her number one priority. Even when I didn't have any fight left in me, she snapped me out of it and won every single time. My ex not only bashed ...me in my kids schools but in my very small town and Heather discredited him and proved that I was a good person and a great mom. I would recommend Heather to anyone...i wouldnt go to anyone else!!

I can not complain, although i thought my case would go fast which honestly that was my fault, not knowing that these types of cases go as they come! She was very supportive through it all, maintained our emails and also phone calls. She told me to be still all will fall into place. I put my faith an...d her and allowed my case to play run its course. She had a great deal of enthusiasm and was determined to bring the case to a positive outcome! And so it was!!!!! She respected my feelings and understood. She performed her job with ZEST and PROFESSIONALISM I will always use her from this day forward and I highly recommend :) Now my daughter will live in a safe DRUG FREE home where she will have the love she needs and we can move forward.
