Biography
I’m Omar Almanzar-Paramio, Esq., a Long Island car accident lawyer and personal injury attorney serving Suffolk and Nassau County, including Babylon, Hempstead, and Riverhead. I help people after serious crashes, including rear-end collisions, intersection accidents, and other negligence-related injuries, with a focus on pursuing the compensation they need for medical bills, lost income, and the disruption an accident causes.
Before founding Almanzar-Paramio Law, LLC, I spent more than five years as an Assistant District Attorney, which gave me extensive litigation and trial experience and a practical understanding of how cases are built and challenged. Today, I bring that same preparation and attention to detail to every injury case I handle.
Clients work with me directly. I take the time to understand how the accident happened, explain the process in plain English, and build a strategy designed to protect your claim from day one. Consultations are free, and virtual meetings are available when that’s easier.
I earned my undergraduate degree from Cornell University and my J.D. from Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law.
