Bucklin private airplane boys wrongful death case

We sued the FAA and the contractor at the Jackson Hole WY tower. We served many FOIA requests, developed a case were the tower and the FAA controller put the plane on a course were the plane could not ... climb the required 2000 feet above the mountains to get above the wind shear. The plane went down their father the pilot and the 3 boys Nicholas, Nathaniel and Noah died on impact. The controller in the FAA tower disregarded the warning signs and was inexperienced and had prior issues in the past.
