Joshua Bradley Summers

Joshua (Josh) Summers, Esq. is principal of JB Summers PLLC, an owner-side commercial real estate practice in Woodmere, New York. He represents landlords, owners, sponsors, and operators in three core areas: landlord-side commercial leasing (retail, shopping center, office, industrial, and big box), distressed CRE work (loan workouts, lender and special servicer negotiations, and rescue capital), and outside and fractional general counsel.

Josh has 20+ years in commercial real estate. He began as a commercial litigator in New York state court and the Eastern and Southern Districts of New York, then served as in-house general counsel at real estate operators. In those roles he was lead counsel on a 10M+ SF national portfolio and handled $250M+ in annual transaction volume, with deals in 10 to 15 states. He takes landlord-side commercial lease and CRE disputes selectively.
