Louis Marinos

I recently hired Louis as my lawyer for the purchase of a co-op residence. As this was my first time buying any real estate, I didn't really have too much insight into what was required and the specific steps that go into the process. Throughout the entire process, Louis was great in keeping my wife ...and I in the loop on what was going on and seemed to always have our best interests in mind. He actually identified a couple of issues in the contract that could have resulted in us being out more money than what we agreed to with the seller originally (specifically how the seller's concession was written incorrectly that benefited the seller more than us). With all the stress that goes into putting together the package for the co-op board, I was fortunate enough to have a lawyer that made the process as smooth as possible, took the time out to explain things in terms that my wife and I were able to easily understand, and was pivotal in moving the closing along as quickly as possible. When it comes time to eventually buy another place, I will definitely look to hire Louis again.
