He charged me for a consult and tried to label it something else. He was not proactive and did not contact plaintiffs atty. when he took my case. He told me he was using the element of surprise (as if he was Spider-Man or something). In court he said practically nothing and did not even respond when... plaintiffs atty. made a false and outrageous accusation. I asked him to make a motion to find plaintiff in contempt of judge’s order. I got the plaintiff served and he never served the atty nor did he ever tell me. He lied about it. He also never sent me monthly invoices to review and lied about that; He inflated the bill and finally the last page of my invoices I was charged for letters threatening me. He also left me after a court date without telling me what transpired between the clerk and plaintiffs counsel. Said he was busy and left. Now he is looking to get paid for his false and inflated invoice for work he never performed. I have never met such a calculating unethical unprofessional person in my life. He knew I desperately needed a dedicated advocate to help me and my children and he just didn’t care. We were just another financial mark for him.
