I could not be any happier with Lou representing me! Going through a divorce is tough enough but at the end, I felt that my interests and my assets were protected! My case went all the way to a trial and Lou could not have been more prepared. In the courtroom, he was confident and calm but also tough... when the situation called for it. From the beginning of my case to the end, Lou was honest and right in what he thought the outcome would be. As I sat in court, I was very pleased and confident that I had the right lawyer representing me!

The qualities I was looking for in an attorney were professionalism and compassion, Lou was all of these. He was aggressive but not antagonistic. He got more done for me in 3 months than my previous attorney had in 2 years! He was fair with billing, always returned my phone calls and my emails. Every call was returned without fail, documents and administrative pieces were disseminated quickly, the cost was genuinely fair and I was always made aware of every step throughout the process. I would implore those who are beginning down this path of divorce or simply looking for a firm to handle a myriad of issues, to seek out representation from Simonetti & Associates.
