I initially walked into Vanessa's office for a free consultation just to get legal advice on how to proceed with my business negotiations because I was passing by and saw her sign on the window. I ended up, however, retaining her services on the spot because it was so affordable and she seemed to be ...very knowledgeable in the type of contracts that I needed written for my business. This being my first business venture I didn't know how to go about doing certain things to protect my interests, so I was very impressed with her patience, professionalism, and kindness when she took the time to educate me on how everything works from A-Z and what my best options were, before I even decided to hire her. She drew up an NDA and a contract for me to have my affiliates and partner company sign which protects my business from being circumvented by them or my vendors. As the middleman in my negotiations, I feel extremely confident now that I can proceed with the dealings and I'm happy to write this review for her because its the least I can do. I also offered to give her any referrals that come my way because I would gladly recommend her to anyone I know if they ask me for a lawyer in her areas of expertise. Thanks again Vanessa!
