My girlfriend and I retained Gary. He kept us up to date with all the facts of the case as the case progressed. There was always an attorney to speak with at his office and if I wanted to speak with Gary directly he would always take my calls or get back to me in a short period of time. Saw an orthopedic doctor, the wife had a small fracture proven on x-ray and written report he sent us. All information given to Young and his firm, they barely kept in touch with u...s about case we had to call them for updates. Never a settlement offered, probably due to exorbitant damages they asked for in overcharging claim. Sorry we hired them.
