I was in an accident in 2023 on October 3rd. I was already told that they take 15% out of your settlement. They called me a year later and asked me to come in to sign papers to start my case they said they already started. After the settlement was made I was told I was getting $25,000 on the phone. ...But when I got there I talked to a guy lawyer. Then he left and a woman come with some paperwork that said I was only getting $16,000. $3750 is 15% not $9,000. They lied to me so I would come in. My dog died from his injuries in that care accident due to his age. And life has been tough. I signed the paper, I shook the ladies and shook the ladies hand. I felt disrespected though. The male lawyer asked me to do a rating but I didn’t care to. Bottom line, the communication wasn’t good and honesty isn’t important to them. Thank u for the money though.

I was hurt in a car accident and Gary and his associates made everything easy, they keep me informed and were with me all the way through my back surgery, they really stood up for me and put the time in to get and amazing settlement of 650,000. I wish I never was hit from behind and suffered like I ...did but at least I knew they would help me get the best settlement possible Thank guys so much

Pedestrian hit by a car in SUV, sustained arm fracture, recommended by dr. to Gary Young who accepted case saying he would do well for me. Months of grueling PT, saw all required drs, took EBT. Now told case was heard by a judge & DISMISSED under motion for summary judgment, not a dime recovered. ...Court documents state no x-ray of fracture was presented, and judge doubted I even had a fracture! Complete incompetence, no communication, DO NOT RECOMMEND.

I was the co-plaintiff with my wife in a personal injury lawsuit with Gary Young and his firm Robert Young Associates. Saw an orthopedic doctor, the wife had a small fracture proven on x-ray and written report he sent us. All information given to Young and his firm, they barely kept in touch with u...s about case we had to call them for updates. Never a settlement offered, probably due to exorbitant damages they asked for in overcharging claim. Sorry we hired them.
