When we needed legal representation, we began our search the same way many people do—online—looking for an attorney who was experienced, trustworthy, and capable of handling a very important and stressful situation. We initially consulted with a large firm that had an impressive volume of reviews, bu...t our experience there raised immediate concerns. We waited 45 mins beyond our scheduled appointment time, received very limited guidance from the attorney (owner) before he rushed out of the conference room to meet his next appointment, and were ultimately given inaccurate information by a paralegal who took over the consultation meeting for him.
