Lawrence Robert Gaissert

Mr Gaissert is one of the lawyers at Family Court, who waits around until they are assigned by the court to represent you. If your income is low enough? He is assigned free of cost by the court. This was the case for my daughter. Mr Gaissert proved to be more costly then taking a loan out and hiring ...a good proven lawyer. He was never prepared for any of the court appearances. He was often late, which cost me work hours! And if it was not for the opposing lawyers following protocol, we would have been in court for three years in stead of eighteen months. Their were no enemies during our court procedures. It was just a matter of straightening out a ex-husband with inferiority complexes. But Mr Gaissert just kept dragging along the procedures and getting more and more postponements. The opposing attorneys saved us and finally put an end to it all. I recommend requesting a different lawyer if you are assigned Mr Gaissert!
