Kenneth L. Apple

I used Kenny Apple as my lawyer as a first time home buyer for a Condo in Rockville Centre. He was so efficient and on top of all paperwork as well dealing with the seller's attorney. Mr. Apple gave me recommendations for my Title search which was at a much-reduced rate than all other companies. I ...highly recommend Kenny Apples services, in fact, I just sent a friend to him to use for her attorney as she is selling her home.

This was the most inconsistent, underhanded, unprofessional lawyer I've interacted with. As a buyer, I have the right to be aware of my home buying process as well as assisted through my lawyer with asking and answering questions and being informed rightly of what I am to do. Not only did I have to... constantly reach out and beg for answers, the bank attorney of my lender, title, people, etc. was changed by Kenneth without my knowledge. To put the icing on the cake, Kenneth did not show up to my closing. However, I'm sure he gladly accepted the fees he charged me. I'm so sadly disappointed, as this is my first experience and he was recommended by my realtor.
