Crysti Farra has specialized in SS Disability for years and thoroughly knows the ins and outs of it through both training and experience. I highly recommend her—it was worth paying her to handle my claim application. I wasn't sure I would qualify for disability, and most people I spoke to told me to... do it myself online and not pay a lawyer to file the claim, but when I had a question and had to call the 800#, it was a 5-hour wait. Fortunately another lawyer referred me to Ms. Farra. She spent a lot of time on the phone explaining things to me and answering my long list of questions. She filled out all the paperwork as I was unable to do it myself due to my disability, and she was patient and compassionate and pragmatic. My claim was approved and Crysti has continued to be there for me every time I have a question, and I've had lots of questions. I really, really like her even though I've never met her in person. We have done everything by phone, email and US Mail. I also called the regional bar association and did some research before contacting her. I found only positive reviews of her.
