Crysti D. Farra

I am so fortunate to have been recommended to Crysti Farra. I had been so anxious trying to literally figure out not only how I would get through all of my medical issues, but how I could possibly handle all of the paperwork and navigation required for the social security application process. Crysti ...was so knowledgable and organized about my options when we first spoke over the phone that I immediately felt put to ease. She offered to meet me at my apartment based on my limitations, and again was organized, but also so human and compassionate in a healthy professional way. When I was able to work, I always prided myself on taking good care of my clients and being detailed oriented, efficient, time sensitive, deadline driven, and proactive as well as making each client feel special as if they were my only client. I was fully present for my clients and that's what I found in Crysti. She walked me through the process, supported me along the way and was always available by phone or email (or there was a quick response). Crysti clearly knows how to do her job, and also make her clients (or at least me) feel totally confident that everything was going to be okay.
