In the most desperate moment of my life, I came to Gary Ginsburg through the recommendation of an old classmate who had become a partner in a Wall St. law firm, and who was himself a bankruptcy attorney. At the end of it, my classmate was eager to learn Ginsburg's proposed course of action. When I explained it, my friend shook his head in wonder. "It's genius," he said, "It wouldn't have occurred to me. It wouldn't occur to any lawyer because it is a solution that is least profitable for the lawyer. But it's clearly the most brilliant solution."
