I hired Cheena back in 2016, after I paid her fees upfront as she requested, I never heard back from her and never got my money back. I even attempted to go get a refund in person and was told I had to leave her office when I pressed the issue. Years later I’m seeing people that experienced that same... issue this horrible

She took money from my mom, a widow. Never returns her calls or answers her emails. So i have written to the Asian American council who have built a case against her with the district attorneys office. She will provide service or return the money. Look at her rating, you can tell she has the worst cu...stomer service.
