Biography
I am a partner in the Real Estate, Zoning and Land Use Practice Group at Rivkin Radler LLP.
My concentration is in commercial and multi-family residential real estate transactions, commercial leasing and secured financing. I have represented investors, developers, landlords, tenants, businesses, institutional and private lenders and individuals in various transactions including the acquisition and disposition of office buildings, shopping centers and industrial properties, drafting and negotiation of leases for office, retail and industrial space, and real estate financings.
In addition, I work closely with the firm's Corporate practice group to provide real estate expertise in corporate sales, acquisitions and mergers.
I have served as a volunteer with the Make-a-Wish Foundation, a national organization dedicated to granting wishes to children with life-threatening medical conditions.
