Neil Patrick Diskin

Neil P. Diskin is an Associate at Ruskin Moscou Faltischek, P.C. where he is a member of the Commercial Litigation Department, Insurance Law Group, White Collar Crime & Investigations Department and Cybersecurity and Data Privacy Practice Group. Neil is called upon to handle all manner of cases spanning the gamut, including business disputes and breaches of contract, litigation arising out of real estate transactions, employment matters, and regulatory violations. He has represented insurance companies and their insureds in both insurance coverage and defense matters, with an emphasis on professional liability claims. He has substantial experience representing individuals, businesses, and municipalities in civil litigation in state and federal court. He also has significant criminal defense experience from his time as a public defender with the Legal Aid Society of Suffolk County.

Neil received his Juris Doctor degree from Georgetown University Law Center where he was the Managing Editor of the Georgetown Journal of Law & Modern Critical Race Perspectives, and he received honors for the pro bono work he performed as a law student. He received his undergraduate degree from Adelphi University.

Neil is a member the Trademark & Unfair Competition Committee of the New York City Bar. He is also a member of the Nassau County Bar Association, New York State Bar Association, and the Chaminade High School Alumni Lawyers Association.

Neil is admitted to practice law in the State of New York and the United States District Courts for the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York.
