I believe he inflated fees. Recommended that I bring an additional action against my adversary to "force him to the table quicker." Two years later and $40K of additional fees it was still unresolved. On many occasions, I needed to have the same conversations and of course was charged for the additio...nal time to repeat myself. Never went to trial and wanted to charge me $109K in fees. He actually told me "you don't understand, there was $4000.00 of court fees alone." He wanted to bill me $109K and legitimized the $109K on $4000 in court fees. Mr Wicks doesn't want to represent you, he wants to bill you.
