Douglas Maury Nadjari

Doug Nadjari's  practice focuses upon the representation of health care professionals in disciplinary proceedings, civil and criminal litigation matters, third-party payor audits and hospital medical staff matters. Prior to joining the private sector, he served as a prosecutor for over eleven years in the Brooklyn District Attorney’s Office. As a prosecutor, he supervised the Homicide Bureau and served as Deputy Chief of the Investigations, Felony Trial and Major Frauds Bureaus. Prior to joining his present firm, Mr. Nadjari was a partner in a major medical malpractice defense firm. He has extensive experience appearing before The New York State Department of Health, Office of Professional Medical Conduct and trying complex civil and criminal cases to successful conclusion. Mr. Nadjari attended Tulane University and the Tulane University School of Law.
