Mr. Batanchieve provided guidance to me in obtaining the successful conclusion of two major objectives, namely the cessation of a foreclosure action and a concurrent meaningful improvement in the terms of my mortgage (a Mortgage Modification). He provided specific advice concerning the benefit of ...dropping a couple of my complaints which were greatly outweighed by the benefits I would be receiving in accepting the lender's offer. Mr. Batanchieve addressed and explained all specific issues that concerned me or that needed clarification. As of this date I have received notification from the Court of the discontinuance of the foreclosure action and await receipt of the Lender's signed copy of the modification agreement.
