In the initial consultation process I explained that I was granted CAT/Deferral of removal by the immigration judge, not Withholding of removal ( A-10). But they filed the work permit in the wrong category even though I provided the paralegal with copies of all the court documents from the beginning.... My case was denied eventually because of mediocre legal practices even when USCIS sent a RFE this company still managed to fumble this application but was quick to request payment from day one. I called to the bring my issue to the attorney and finally spoked with Rebecca she basically brushed aside by telling me to call them no more . I am pleading with this Law firm to make it right cause they not only took my money , wasted my time but still did not do a good job.
