Do not retain this attorney he is extremely predatory and just wants your money. He will put little to no effort representing you. I retained him for an aggravated DWI in nassau county unfortunately he was at the arraignment and my parents didn’t know if he was good/or not so they chose him and paid ...him $500.00 to represent me as a first time offender I didn’t know about doing research on picking the right attorney for a DWI case so I decided to go with him. He never updated me once on what was going on with my case besides me calling him before my court dates, he never told me anything that was happening behind the scenes if there were any negotiations going on with the DA. He just sat and attended my court dates that was it. Later throughout the case he decided to charge me an additional $250.00 telling me his secretary made a mistake when I put him on the spot saying I already paid you your full retainer. PLEASE PLEASE if you find yourself receiving a DWI stay away from this predator. He has absolutely no experience in DWI defense, he’s pretty much just going to show up and give him attendance, say a few sentences to the judge and that’ll be that. You’ll stay wondering if anything will be done. I got convicted on the top charge. This attorney Didn’t do anything to reduce when in every case scenario this charge can be reduced to a standard with low penalties. If you need to retain a “DWI” lawyer google DWI lawyers. This man just handles little baby traffic tickets. I’m so annoyed that I paid him $3,000 to walk me in court and get me annihilated from every angle. AGAIN after calling several other attorneys they all said this man does NOT have a good reputation in court. Smh I’ll get through this shitty time, but just reminding future clients please by the grace of god stay away from this man. He’s only surviving because he’s across the street from the court house, so people that get put end up going to him with no experience on what he can really do. He’ll give you what you want to hear so you end up retaining him. STAY AWAY!
