Frank Adipietro

I hired Guy Allen on July 2013 for a DWI case. He said everything was going to be fine he won’t let me go to jail. Little did I know Guy Allen was not going to represent me at court but this guy I never meet his name Frank Adiprieto. The case lasted about 17 months. On April 2013 Frank took me to th...e stairway to isolated me from other people, he told me my case was going to be close that day and that he needed $895.00 cash to pay for the fine. I wanted to finish my case so I gave $900.00 to him. The case did not close that day but he kept the money .I ask repeatedly for a receipt or my money back with no avail. He kept lying to me about my case and my money. Frank did nothing to defend me in court. My case closed on December 2014. I got the worst case scenario, I even spend a couple of days in jail something he knew about it but did not tell me until the last minute when I was about to get handcuffed. As for my money, I haven’t heard anything about it.

I MET THIS ATTORNEY IN 99 MAIN STREET. I INQUIRED WHAT HE WOULD CHARGE TO RESOLVE MY SITUATION. HE SMILED AND QUOTED ME A PRICE AND ACCOMPANIED ME IN THE COURTROOM TO RESOLVE AN ISSUE. I GAVE HIM A DEPOSIT AND TRUSTED HE WOULD DO WHAT HE SAID HE WOULD DO BECAUSE HE GAVE ME NO REASON TO BELIEVE OTHERW...ISE. I WAS TOLD TO RETURN THE FOLLOWING WEEK TO THE SAME COURTROOM. WHEN I ARRIVED FRANK CLAIMED HE SPOKE TO THE JUDGE AND TWO JUDGEMENTS WERE DISPOSED. THAT WAS A LIE. I WAS TOLD TO RETURN THE FOLLOWING WEEK TO THE THIRD FLOOR AT 99 MAIN STREET. WHEN I ARRIVED HE TOLD ME THAT HE HAD SEEN THE JUDGE AND A JUDGEMENT WAS RESOLVED. THAT WAS A LIE. I WAS TOLD I WOULD RECEIVE DOCUMENTATION OF THE RESOLUTION OF THESE ISSUES WHICH I WAITED ON FOR SIX WEEKS AND WAS CONTINUOUSLY GIVEN EXCUSES. I.E. MOM DIED, BROTHER DIED, UNCLE DIED. I DECIDE TO CHECK TO SEE IF THE ISSUES WERE RESOLVED TO FIND OUT THAT THE JUDGEMENTS HE TOLD ME WERE TAKEN CARE OF WERE ALL STILL THERE. NOTHING DONE AT ALL. AS OF THIS DAY 9/17/2012 I RECEIVED YET ANOTHER EXCUSE (HIS DAUGHTER BROKE HER ANKLE. FRANK ADIPIETRO HAS CAUSED EXTENSIVE PAIN AND SUFFERING RESULTING IN INCREASED DEPRESSION AND ANXIETY FROM HIS DISHONEST AND VISCIOUSLY UNETHICAL PRACTICES.
