We hired Talarico Traffic Lawyers to resolve a traffic ticket, and we paid them believing everything would be taken care of. We also paid the court fine they told us needed to be paid for the first ticket, so we believed the matter was completely resolved. However, later on, I got pulled over agai...n because of a cracked windshield, and the police informed me that the original ticket was still showing as unresolved. Because the first ticket appeared pending, my license had been suspended without me even knowing. The officer told me I was lucky I was not arrested for driving with a suspended license. This situation caused me to receive 5 additional tickets, all stemming from the original issue that was supposed to have already been resolved. We contacted the lawyers multiple times, and they kept insisting everything was fine and that it was not their fault. We then went to the DMV, who gave us another phone number to call. After speaking with the court, we were told there had been a “glitch” or confusion with names, and that the paperwork never properly went through the court system. They also said our lawyers should have been aware of this issue. What upset me even more was the way I was treated afterward. The paralegal repeatedly interrupted me, talked over me, and would not let me explain the situation. She was yelling during the call and kept saying she does not “do anything for free,” while demanding that we pay the full amount again to fix a problem connected to the original case. I even asked if I could speak to someone else because the conversation felt extremely disrespectful, but nothing improved. I understand mistakes can happen, but the lack of accountability, communication, and professionalism was very disappointing. Instead of trying to help resolve the issue, they immediately denied responsibility and expected more payment without even listening to our concerns.

Fabiana and her team were more than helpful, after pleading guilty on a ticket and was gonna get more than 3 points on my license totaling 5 or 6 points, I hired her for a very reasonable price, she fought my plea in court and was able to help me 100% after I was told by another attorney that after y...ou plea guilty there is nothing else you can do.
