I retained Charles to replace anther attorney handling estate planning and realestate sale for my aunt and uncle who were both already in care. He found several errors in a will, errors in the description of assets and just shoddy work that would have caused delays and complications during probate. H...e had to get the previous attorney to sign affidavits explaining the issues. He has gone far beyond what I would expect- visiting them in care, checking their home to ensure it was ready for sale, picking up and holding their mail for me as I don't live nearby. He has been very patient explaining the process to all the beneficiaries. I could not have made a better choice. Never felt rushed, no questions unanswered, quick to respond, very attentive to the smallest detail. I always feel he has my interests at the forefront. You must consider him if you need assistance.
