Replied last January 24, 2025Sorry for the miscommunication by a Chinese friend who referred this person last year. I was told her case was settled and I refunded her money to her, again through the same "friend." Now it appears the friend never refunded her money and the friend is currently in China, but she promised to take care of this when she returns. I am sympathetic to people from other countries who do not speak or understand English, like this woman, but I will no longer try to help anyone I do not meet and communicate with personally.
