I was fortunate to secure the help of Mr. Naima about a dozen years ago, after I was hit by a large Chevrolet Suburban, while walking at a road intersection in broad daylight. The accident left me unconscious until transported to the local ER and with significant temporary and permanent physical d...amage, including a brain hemorrhage. Mr. Naima — with kindness and efficiency — undertook my representation with the insurance carrier, as soon as medically practicable, and was able to obtain an equitable settlement through lengthy negotiations for a period of two years. Mr. Naima’s great gift was to understand well the diverse drivers and constraints of both the physicians, who were treating my conditions, and of the agents and representatives of the carrier, so that he was able to represent me very effectively and successfully during those two long years. As mentioned above, the great ability of Mr. Naima is to blend a thorough knowledge of the applicable law with excellent understanding of people (both clients and adversaries), so that his representation is timely and very effective. Still now, after many years, Mr. Naima continues to be a precious resource for advice and — very notably — for reference to other law specialties.

Accurate & professional

While cutting teds hair fir the first time ! We started talking & I told him I had an accident when I found out he was a personal injury attorney ! He told me I had a case ! I hired him on the spot he’s easy to talk to & he got me money I was not expecting for my injuries ! If Ted hadn’t come in I ...don’t think I would have done anything ! I’m so happy we crossed paths !

Help when I was lost

A successful case

I would highly recommend Mr. Naima! I was in an auto accident about 6 months ago and he handled my case as if he was the one that was injured. He was highly knowledgeable and easy to talk to.
