Patricia Ann Harold

I asked a friend (who is an attorney) for a recommendation for an estate attorney and I was told to only see Patricia Harold. My mom is 94 years old and needed to rewrite her will, which was a mess from the many amendments. Patricia was professional, very patient with my mom, and extremely thorough w...ith every detail. My brother, who is also an attorney, was very impressed with how she handled our mom's estate. Patricia is a Top Notch Professional!

In litigation with my siblings in a Trust matter, Ms. Harold quit on me through email on the one year anniversary of my mother's death. She refused to sit down with me in person to discuss the matter. She provided my adversaries with way too much material in their "Demand for Deposition," mistaking t...he rules of this for an Estate case vs. a Trust case. (I found this out only later from my subsequent attorney.) She gave the other side a huge financial concession without getting me anything in return. I never felt as though she had my back. After a year, and a huge outlay of cash, the only upside is that she quit on me prior to the deposition, where I fear she may have allowed the other side to ask more questions than they were entitled for our kind of TRUST matter. I was extraordinarily lucky with my 2nd attorney who immediately saw the other side had no case, and ended the matter quickly and efficiently in a couple of months. Can not recommend this attorney.

I highly recommend Ms. Patricia Harold for all your estate planning needs! She pointed out important issues that needed consideration which I had not thought of myself. She has made herself readily available for questions and always retur...ns my calls quickly.
