His strength lies in billing not accomplishing results. He seems to be concerned in maintaining pleasant relationships with the adversaries attorney more than working for the client who is paying for every last paper clip used. There are many attorneys whose first concern is to his/her peers rather... than the clients welfare. He is one of those. The other side says roll over, he drops and rolls. If you don't mind paying tens of thousands to give in to all the other sides demands then you found your man, if not keep looking. While contested divorces are drawn out due to the courts primarily, he will address issues with the other side but fails to follow through. He leaves so much unresolved, unless it is an aspect that you conceded, that only the parts you are 'loosing' get finished. Maybe less acrimonious divorces get resolved favorably by this firm but if you need a more determined or aggressive attorney you will disappointed. I found he did not fully communicate the entire picture but only select parts. My experience was far from satisfactory, you may do better. But if you need an attorney who puts your needs first, isn't afraid to ruffle the feathers of the other side and puts more effort into your case rather than billing for every last billable item/minute I suggest you keep looking.
