After losing thoudands of dollars to another lawyer who was not even able to get our case heard, my husband & I were on the verge of giving up with very little hope that we would be able to gain custody of my stepchildren. We began to feel helpless as their childhood & future deteriorated right before our eyes. It was a very complicated case, in which the kids were being neglected & dragged through the homeless system.
