My mom's attorney

I can't answer the kept me informed because I testified in a case against my sister so my mother would be able to visit my nieces. After being questioned by so many attornies that were there representing my sister, the jerk she was with and the attorney for my nieces, I did notice that Mr. Daab aske...d pertinent questions that directly dealt with the issue at hand while the other attornies attempted to downgrade my mother and try to prove it wouldn't be good for her to see my nieces. Although the judge presiding over the case made many errors in his judgement, Mr. Daab continued to go forward and help my mother file an appeal which she won. I would recommend Mr. Daab to anyone and everyone who required an attorney, but 1 of which is also very knowledgeable, trustworthy and has a great respect for the law and the people he represents.

Sandy Fletcher-Rentfro vs Devon Fletcher and Kevin McDonald RE: Grandparent Visitation

Michael Daab represented me for several years in a grandmother/granddaughters visitation suit. Living in Indiana, I was fortunate enough to find Michael and after speaking to his former law partner, I knew I had chosen the right firm. He went out of his way on many occasions and paved the way for m...e to move forward for my visitation to be approved during the time another case which encompassed the same suit was heard for 4 long years before the Judge (now retired) began to hear mine. Michael handled the appeal, since the hearing was mis-handled; thus I won my appeal and got visitation with both of my granddaughters, 1 of which I never saw until she was 5. Michael is an OUTSTANDING attorney, always returned my calls or made himself available. I would recommend Michael to anyone at anytime.

Our Rating is calculated using information the lawyer has included on their profile in addition to the information we collect from state bar associations and other organizations that license legal professionals. Attorneys who claim their profiles and provide Avvo with more information tend to have a higher rating than those who do not.

What determines Avvo Rating?
  • Experience & background Years licensed, work experience, education
