My Alpert has represented my son for over two years. He is very professional, congenial, empathetic and fair. My 20-year-old son with lack of insite ,experience and wisdom made a grave mistake. He bought a car decided to try it out. At the time ,the car had no insurance, and my son had a permit. Unfo...rtunately that day he took the car and he crashed into a gate. Thank God no one was hurt, He was issues over 10 tickets/ summons. Mr.Alpert, with the use of his years of experience, insight, and capability, was able to dispute the tickets, and my son, who eventually got his license, was not suspended. The initial tickets were disputed but the last one which my son drove with out insurance had to go to trial. By the grace of God and Mr. Alpert’s expertise, we were victorious. I was worried and would call Mr. Alpert frequently; he always returned my text and calls.He also took time to talk to my son . I have had the unfortunate experience of having dishonest, incompetent, self-absorbed, disgraceful attorneys. Mr. Alpert is the opposite of the aforementioned.. Mr. Alerts fee’s were fair and reasonable. I highly recommend him.I can't thank him enough.

I found Mike’s practice from this site and from the initial phone call I instantly knew he was different and actually cared and took time to discuss my case. As opposed to many other attorneys who would speak to me for 3 minutes then request an initial consultation to continue the conversation. My ...case was a nontraditional debt collection/family law case, however Mike was experienced in so many facets of the law. Most importantly, he always took the time to translate the legal language that is difficult to decipher to the average person, in addition and I granted him permission to sign on my behalf due to the geographical difference. This was so helpful and made the process very seamless and eliminated me having to take time away from the office. He would always field my questions off hours if needed, in addition he always promptly responded and consistently provided updates. Mike is an actual attorney that cares and has his client’s best interest at heart. When was the last time an attorney asked you “How is xyz going?”, despite the topic not being related to the case. I would highly recommend him, and Mike would always be my first choice if I ever needed representation again on another case. He helped me tremendously with a very sticky law suit, and I was extremely happy with the settlement he negotiated for me.
