I lost my case because of Joseph's negligence. He is also very aggressive and rude in court and it backfired on me. Judges don't like that. Joseph was not able to remember many important facts about my case from one court date to the next. He did not come in prepared. He refused to include crucial ev...idence that I asked him to include and was rude and yelled at me when I challenged him on it. He is just rude, unprepared and he could not care less if he loses on your behalf. Hiring him is one of my biggest regrets.
