A year ago i was arrested, got a DAT: 2 days com serv. rescheduled, never went, if i try to vacate will i be taken into custody?

Unfortunately, it is possible but not likely. If you go voluntarily, there is less of a chance you would go into custody.

As the other attorney's said, reinstatement right now is not an option. You need another way.
