Not likely. Hire an attorney to fight the ticket and have him/jher see what they can do for you.

There should be no record if pled to a traffic violation. Expungement is not available in NY.
I doubt you have a civil suit as they were acting...

It is not given under 6 points BUT it is given with other charges like DWI etc...
Insurance sees them from date of convictions.

It would be unlikely they would arrest you as it is past the statute of limitations.
