In what was a difficult divorce for many reasons that I will not acknowledge here, Jeff remained grounded and focused and dealt with the opposing attorney in a competent and thorough manner. He was firm when he needed to be but did pay attention to the directive I issued when I started the proceeding.... Most attorneys do not listen to their clients. Jeff does.

Mr. Catterson handled my very difficult divorce, Orders of Protection that I needed and other messy issues dealing with the divorce such as visitation. He had the knowledge to know what needed to be done but also the compassion that helped so much during situations where emotions run so high. He wa...s professional and prepared at all times. For example, there was a Forensic Psychology Study done to help with some visitation issues. We were in Court one morning for a hearing and had to wait for my ex-husband's attorney to read the Forensic Report. Mr. Catterson had already been to the courthouse the day before to read the report and was ready for the hearing with notes he had written down from it. Besides always being prepared, Mr. Catterson would keep me informed of what was transpiring. He would respond to e-mails and my many questions in a timely manner. Jeff Catterson is a composed,well spoken and effective attorney. I've been working with him for over 5 years on an involved & complicated divorce. Dealing with my ex husband and his attorney has been extremely challenging yet Jeff has handled the situation with a deft hand & logical approach often ...disarming potential disasters. He has even had to talk me off the ledge a few times and has done so with respect and understanding.
