Our court date is on May 3rd and she let us know on May 2nd VERY LAST MINUTE to tell us that she had to reschedule the court date!! This is very unprofessional and irresponsible. And she waited more than 24 hours to send out the agreement. Unbelievable. She doesn’t care about her client’s case at all.... She knew the scheduled court date and told us a lot of excuses that she was saying the judge changed the date. Why can she change the other side’s court date as she already knew our scheduled court date a month ago ?!! She just tried to make more $$$. We use her for 6 months+ and she changed our court date twice already. This is the second time!!!! Crazy. I don’t suggest hiring her for your case. This is super bad experience.

We hired her to deal with our child custody agreement two months ago. I have been calling her and her office: Capetola & Divins law firm. And I never heard back from her. I had to call her couple times a day in order to reach her and asked her when she can finish the child custody agreement. and she ...told me she was on vacation for 2 weeks and she would work on it this week. However, I waited another two weeks and never heard back from her. And I called her office again. She never got back to me. KEEP DELAYING! NEVER got an answer from her. I don't recommend retain this attorney. It is wasting your time.
