Gina Marie Wischhusen

Gina Wischhusen focuses her practice on general liability matters and commercial litigation. She has handled personal injury claims relating to construction site accidents; construction claims involving mechanics’ liens; premises liability claims; insurance matters; and claims involving OSHA violations and FLSA. Gina has handled all phases of litigation, from inception through disposition, and is also experienced in contract negotiation and interpretation.

As a law clerk to the Hon. Ira Warshawsky, Nassau County Supreme Court, Gina conducted legal research and drafted memoranda on pending matters. She also attended court proceedings including conferences, oral arguments, settlement negotiations, and trials. During law school at Touro College Jacob D. Fuchsberg Law Center, Gina was the “Notes and Comments” editor of the Touro International Law Review and a member of the Philip C. Jessup International Moot Court Competition. She also was a legal intern in the New York State Office of the Attorney General.
